The 32x-power automatic optical level is mounted with a 5/8-11 thread to the accompanying Bosch construction tripod. and is sighted to the accompanying Bosch 8-foot grade rod. The telescope in the cross-check level kit has both crosshair and stadia lines to gauge height and distance alternatively. Automatic leveling comes from a pendulum-driven compensator that provides accuracy to within 1/16-inch at 100 feet. and can be locked down while it is being transported to maintain its precision. A magnetic dampener is also a leveling safeguard against the effects of site vibration. The Bosch optical level kit provides a working sight range of up to 400 feet.
